Tetra Pak, Coca Cola and Carrefour discuss the impact of climate change22/12/2009, Packaging Europe

P>As world leaders gather in Copenhagen for the United Nations Climate Change Conference this December, Tetra Pak launches a series of vodcasts that examine some of the key issues and challenges for both governments and industry if we are to make an impact on climate change.

In the second vodcast produced by Tetra Pak, representatives from Coca Cola and Carrefour join Tetra Pak to discuss the initiatives that all three companies are undertaking to improve their environmental performance and to mitigate the impact on climate change. The three companies discuss the need for challenging targets saying that incremental shifts are not enough. They also discuss the need for industry to decouple growth from environmental performance to achieve the goal of reducing climate impact.
