Specialist protective packaging provider Storopack UK has announced the acquisition of storage and transport packager FP International UK’s loose fill division

FP International’s production facility, based in Brackley, Northamptonshire, will become Storopack’s second production site in the UK for loose fill.

The FP International production team have been retained, alongside some administrative & financial personnel.

Richard Pulfrey, managing director of Storopack UK, part of German firm Storopack, said: “It’s a bold step into the future – a win-win for employees, and customers. The acquisition will enhance our product and service offering and further improve our customer value proposition, giving us a competitive edge in a very dynamic market. I am confident that the acquisition of FP Internationals’ loose fill business will nicely improve our position in the UK packaging market.”
