According to a report from a Spanish media, EDV Packaging, the Spanish plastic packaging manufacturer, has recently announced its bankruptcy and is urgently looking for its inventor.
The Barcelona-based company has the amount of debt about €35m（￡28m）and has been in conversation for the past two months to look for appropriate inventor. The stake that is being invested in the company is unsuspected, but a few interested parties have currently existed until now.
EDV, which is possessed by several Catalan families, is in charge of modified atmosphere and lifelong packaging for the foods section.
It is believed that EDV has a record of turnover of €45m in 2007 and distributes subsidiaries abroad in the US, Australia, and Singapore.
