IPS Packaging Supplies based-in Essex has been in administration and the assignments within the company have been transferred into its sister company IPS Pallet Wrap, which majors in stretch-film packaging.
Some administrators including Glyn Mummery and Nick O’Reilly from Vantis Business Recovery Services were nominated to IPS Packaging Supplies on 24 June.
According to Vantis Business Recovery, as a descendant, IPS Pallet Wrap which was set up in 2001 by director Tony Carr, was currently in a positive operation.
In terms of the staff in IPS Packaging Supplies, Carr told Packaging News that he would transfer those employees into another department of the company.
