Empire Manufacturing, the supplier of perfume and cosmetic bottle tops, has recently released a closure that combines three essential functions in one unit including a crimping ring, sealing gasket and sprinkler top.
The new closure is made from recyclable aluminium with a polished or machine finish. It is also applied to perfumes, lotions and oils. The internal section is made from a Tri-Seal plastic.
The closure has an excellent fit to the bottle and it could be available in some brands so that a variety of bottle sizes would be secure enough for consumers.
According to a spokeswoman for Empire Manufacturing, replacing three separate components with three-in-one closures could minimize the costs and cut down the amount of time used in the assembly line.
The promising future for the new packaging is evidently clear for Empire Manufacturing.
