New-released Cosmetic Pump with high-precision tip

Valois, manufacture of spray systems for perfume, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products, has recently released new cosmetic pump Evolux Eyes & Lips.
The new pump characterized by a high-precision tip that sprays 70 microliter doses has been intended to apply to local eye and lip contour treatments. Produced by German packaging firm Pfeiffer, the cosmetic pump is aligned to an external spring that has not contacted with the product. Along with the gadget, the product with the tip would not be exposed to the dust, viruses or bacteria; otherwise, contamination will loom in consumers.
According to Patrick Bousquel, Valois marketing and innovation manager, different textures for the pumps like metal or plastic would be accessible soon, even a gold or silver anodised aluminium or PP cap will also be launched later.
The pump will be assembled on 15, 20 or 30ml glass or plastic bottles.
Valois Beauty & Home division first released Evolux Eyes & Lips at Luxe Pack in New York and the big US cosmetics brands are starting to notice the product for precise projects, Bousquel said.
The first products, assembled on the Valois Evolution bottle at the company's factory in Normandy, will be on the market from September.
