Vetroplas, has announced full-scale production of flexible tubes employing the new injection moulded labelling process provided by its manufacturing partner, CTL.

The Norwich based premium cosmetics packaging company’s ESTube (Easy Supply Tube) features plastic injected inside a mould containing the pre-printed label, opens up a number of decoration possibilities for brands wanting to enhance their products’ shelf image with high quality packaging whilst meeting the practical needs of consumers.

Both cylindrical and elliptical tubes are available using this process. Finishes include holographic and metallic effects, a matt and gloss finish on the same tube, and photographic quality imaging.

A major benefit is that the label covers the whole tube from shoulder to seal with no lift off area, maximising coverage with various decoration possibilities, and making a real point of difference.
