Printing ink manufacturer hubergroup is to celebrate its 250th anniversary this week in Munich.

An official ceremony is due to take place with more than 200 international guests expected, including representatives from politics and business, shareholders and members of the founding family.

Among the speakers are Dieter Reiter, Mayor of Munich, and Dirk Ippen, publisher.

The festivities will take place close of the first company headquarters in Munich-Haidhausen.

“We are very proud of our long tradition”, says Ulla Borgmann, member of the Management Board. “We are the ‘living proof’, that despite all political and economic turbulences within these 250 years successful business can be maintained. We feel the obligation against our shareholders and employees to sustain the success through well-defined strategies that fit to the continuously changing market conditions”.
